Privacy Policy

We do not go through your emails. We do not sell your data. We do not train off your data (well, our email spam filter does). We do not give away your data. We do not monetize your data.

If we get a legitimate court order, we will hand over your data. We are not a bullet proof provider.

If you are worried about privacy we advise you to use OpenPGP or S/MIME encryption on our mail server. And we advise you to not use it with our inbox (roundcube) service. You should use your own email client.

SLA (Uptime Agreement)

There is none. It's a free service.

Legitimate Usage

  • The domains you add to our system should be legitimate, managed directly by you.

  • Your activity (shared or custom domain) should not be related to spam or scam activity in any way.

  • We reserve the right to decide what is spam/scam activity.

Support Expectations

This is a free service. Support is not guaranteed, nor expected. While we are fairly active in our support area and community resources there is no guarantee of support.

We will not tolerate anyone being rude or threatening to us. This will result in immediate account termination.

Server Abuse

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server run by us is strictly prohibited. As a user you are responsible for all of your accounts. This includes abuse of the servers CPU and RAM resources to a degree that effects the performance of other users on your server.

Intentional misuse will result in account termination.

Valid DNS Records (Custom Domains)

Custom domain users must have valid DNS records. These records will be provided to you on setup. Failure to configure your DNS records properly will result in account termination as it can affect our sending reputation.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service at our sole discretion.

Our services are intended for human consumption.

Spoofing Senders

We'll yeet you.

Invalid Recipients

Self-explanatory.

Spam Reports

If we get spam reports from your account, you're gone.

Damaging IP Reputation

If your email behavior harms our IP reputation, especially if it's intentional, we'll yeet you.

Backups

We DO NOT take backups of your email at this time. The servers are on a raid array, but this isn't a backup.

Why not? Well, it's a free service and you can backup your emails with a IMAP client.

We recommend taking backups frequently, especially with emails you care about. Make sure you also backup your OpenPGP and S/MIME key.
